Nadezhda Baykina is an expert in the International Projects Unit at NAeFU. She is a Pomor State University (Arkhangelsk, Russia) graduate and alumnus of the Presidential Initiative Programme (Norway). From 2001 on, she worked in the Arkhangelsk Region Administration, Committee on International Relations and Tourism Development responsable for international agreements, and since two years, she served as a coordinator in the Regional Office of the EU Programme TACIS (Technical Assistance for the Commonwealth of Independent States), and coordinated projects and programmes in the field of traffic safety, tourism, employment. Since 2014 she has been employed at the Northern Arctic Federal University as an expert of International Projects Unit, therebycoordinating international projects, lectures project management cycle and evaluation, organizes international events.
