About METHOD I IUS

The METHOD I IUS cooperation started at the end of last century in Sint Petersburg and Moscow and grew to include legal professionals in other regions of the Russian Federation, including Argangelskaja oblast, Mari El Republic, etc. The aim is to allow Union lawyers and lawyers from Russian speaking countries to learn about each others national legislation and case-law and to study, with respect for cultural traditions and policies, differences and similarities between the legal systems of the different countries. The activities include cooperation between legal researchers and connecting with legal practitioners from ministries and governmental organisations, unions, bar associations, courts, …
