She is a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Tirana. She holds a BA in Education from the University of Padova, Italy. She has 12 years of teaching experience. She is also focussed on the research in the field of education. Currently she teaches in the programs: Master of Science in Education Policies and Leadership, Master of Science in School Psychology, Master of Science in Teaching Social Sciences. She has experience in master thesis supervising. She has a rich experience in the management of the research projects in the field of education. She has a number of publications in the field of media and education.
