The Mongolian consortium partners conducted a project management meeting to keep publications and final dissemination events on track. It included: agenda of the final event, updates on the status of tasks for the EACEA report and discuss solutions; check the timeline taking into account the restricted travel possibilities in Mongolia in December; allocation of resources; risk assessment for the D&S final event in December; communication plan with external stakeholders to be involved; budget and financial considerations; responsabilities of each team and staff member for the final meeting; quality control questionnaire in Google Forms to be analysed and send to the grantholder.
