Beata Mirucka (Ph.D.) is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Bialystok, Poland. Doctor of philosophy in the field of psychology, Catholic University of Lublin, Social Sciences Faculty, Institute of Psychology; clinical psychologist, and certificated psychotherapist of The Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Society.

- the uniqueness of body experience in schizophrenia;
- the relations between emotions and body experience,
- the changes of body experience in women with breast cancer.
She teaches the following courses: clinical psychology and neuropsychology; psychopathology training in communication.
