EduLAw conducts its ‘Intensive Training of Teachers in the Protection of the Right to Education in International Law’ autumn school from 3 till 13 November 2020.
The autumn school 2020 aims at informing teachers and practitioners in education about the fundamental judgments and decisions delivered by the European Court of Human Rights through analysing the case-law on Article 2 of Protocol No. 1 to the European Convention on Human Rights. At the end of the course, participants will understand the key principles in this area and the relevant precedents thereby contributing to the observance in education of the engagements undertaken by their country as a party to the Convention and raising the standards of protection of the right to education and rights in education.
