Piloting the Modules on European Education Law by VUB abroad, Trento (Italy), 22 March 2019

On invitation by the Law Faculty of the University of Trento, a series of workshops (WP D&S) were conducted with students in the comparative law programme about the Modules of the EduLAw project on ‘European and Comparative Education Law’ for international students, including how judges in the ECJ decided cases on mobility of Union teaching staff and Union students, linguistic requirements for (Union) teachers, the public service exception in education, access and fees and justified limitations to access in education, welfare rights for (Union) students, rights of the children of (former) Union workers to pursue their studies in the host member state, recognition of professional qualifications in the European Union.
