On 28 February 2019, Mari State University held the D&S pilot teaching ‘Education Law and Rights of Stakeholders in Education’ and used the modules on ‘Education Systems in Countries in Transition’ and ‘Protection of Rights of Stakeholders in Education’ for first-year law students. The seminar was conducted under the leadership of Marina Mokoseeva. This is the second D&S seminar in particular aimed at law students making used of the modules developed under the Erasmus+ Programme. While studying different types of educational systems in the countries in transition, students also developed their knowledge and skills on different legal systems (comparative education law). During the D&S ELA seminar, the students were introduced as well in the resources of the Federal Centre for Educational Legislation where they found up-to-date analyses and case law on education.
