On 20 October 2017, a MNG meeting was held at the grantholder VUB for the follow up of the transfer of the grant to the consortium partners, checking the supporting documents per budget heading for the use of the grant submitted by the partners of the consortium for equipment (invoices, bank statements, tendering procedure if required by internal university rules, proof that the equipment is recorded in the inventory of the institution), and subcontracting (subcontracts, invoices, bank statements, tangible outputs put on the edulaw website or internet), and staff costs (formal employment contracts, staff conventions, time sheets, salary slips in conformity with the project agendas, attendance list (as visible online https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfMLMlt3fBQ), and with the tangible outputs and minutes of the meetings on the website (https://edulaweu.eu/).
