Dr. Artemiy I. Rozhkov has an academic degree of candidate of legal sciences, rank of associate professor. A top-level lecturer of the course “Current Problems of Educational Rights” to graduate students of MCU, combining pedagogical activity with administrative work as the vice rector of MCU. He regularly holds seminars on the educational right with workers in the education system.
