Wioleta Hryniewicka-Filipkowska is a Ph.D. in law and assistant professor in the Department of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok. Her scientific interests include such issues as: public international law, UE cohesion policy and the EU funds, the right to good administration and quality management systems according to the ISO Standards. She teaches such subjects as public international law and management at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok in Bialystok as well as cohesion policy and European project management at the Faculty of Information Technology and Economics at the University of Bialystok in Vilnius. She is also the Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator for outgoing students.
