Ekaterina Chernakova is the head of Academic Mobility and Professional Recruiting Department of International Relations Department at the Moscow City University. She develops various normative and legal documents for International Relations Department and for the University. She is a full participant of Research efforts on Quality Education, Distance learning and Erasmus+ project VALERU (Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning). She takes part in International Research Conferences devoted to Methods, Assessment and Quality issues in Education.
