Field visits conducted by the grant holder, her team and project leaders focused on engaging with minority Kazakh families residing in the center of Bayan-Ulgii to gain valuable insights into the educational experiences of their children, challenges and special needs in education. These firsthand interactions contributed to understanding of the community’s educational challenges, informing the development of targeted interventions to support their special needs in education.
