Piloting the Modules on ‘Legal Aspects of Teaching’ (36 acad. hours), MSAL, Moscow (Russia), 01-03 June 2017

Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (MSAL) organised within NATE Russia and its professional development certification program, the intensive course (36 acad. hours) on ‘Basic legal aspects of teaching and academic career’ (36 acad. hours).
The course provided an introduction in education law in the Russian Federation and the methodology of developing educational programs of different levels. It covered issues of labor law of teachers and academics and their legal protection, and autonomy and intellectual property rights of teachers. Participants were awarded a state-recognised certificate upon completion of the course. The MSAL EduLAw lecturers in charge of the course were Natalia Komissarova and Irina Deryugina​.
