Workshop (WP MNG) with Mrs. Micheline Rooselaers (Coordinator FRC Secretariat VUB Faculty of Law) and Pieter Vlekken (Erasmus+ Project Manager at the Central Financial Department of VUB) and the grant holder on the evidence and proofs of the use of the grant for the Kaunas internship of June 2017 of the participants of all the consortium partners. The first part of the meeting was to check the conformity of the proofs and evidences with the EU grant regulations and the internal VUB rules; the second part of the meeting was dedicated to the estimation of the expences for the second internship; the third part of the meeting was dedicated to the follow up of the budget headings for equipment and staff costs of the whole consortium.
