The MELINC Mongolian consortium members assembled online in a series of kickoff momentum of the project.
The MSUE project working group was established presided by the Vice President for Training Dr. Kh. Tamir and consists of 19 staff members. The MSUE project working group is in charge of organizing the project activities at MSUE. Meetings take place with regular intervals online and face to face, including:

- 10 February 2021: MSUE Meeting to develop the integrated work plan and budget (Ажлын нэгдсэн төлөвлөгөө, төсвийг боловсруулах уулзалт Д. Одгэрэл, Д, Үүрийнтуяа нар МУБИС дээр уулзалж нарийвчилсан ажлын төлөвлөгөө гаргасан);
- 19 February 2021: MSUE Meeting to discuss the detailed work plan and budget (Ажлын нарийвчилсан төлөвлөгөө, төсвийг хэлэлцэх уулзалт (Х.Тамир захирал, Д. Одгэрэл, Д.Үүрийнтуяа);
- 19 February 2021: KHOVD project team established and project duties assigned;
- 1 March 2021: KHOVD preliminary work plan of the project developed and discussed;
- 2 March 2021: KHOVD discussions on the equipping of the Special Education Needs Counseling Center to be established under the project;
- 9 March 2021: DORNOD-KHOVD-MSEU meeting on the equipment for the SEN counseling centres;
- 12 March 2021: DORNOD-KHOVD meeting to discuss the issues and updates on the list of the SEN center equipment;
- 19 March 2021: DORNOD-KHOVD-MSEU project coordinators and members attending the “EU FUNDED CBHE PROJECTS in MONGOLIA 2021” webinars;
- 23 March 2021: DORNOD-KHOVD-MSEU meeting on the procurement and tendering for equipment on the SEN counseling centers and the activation of future collaboration.
