On 13 May 2019, a MNG meeting (WP MNG) was held at the VUB with Mrs. Micheline Rooselaers (Coordinator FRC Secretariat VUB Faculty of Law) and Pieter Vlekken (Erasmus+ Project Manager at the Central Financial Department of VUB) and the ELA project manager and the grant holder for controlling the completeness and correctness of the expenses submitted for the piloting of the EduLAw modules at NARFU – Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after MV Lomonosov including the international conference (21-27 April 2019). They also screened the supporting documents with the agenda, attendance and participant list as visible in the online video monitoring of the Arkhangelsk events.
Staff costs submitted by the partners were also screened with the project outputs and recommendations and request for additional information were sent to the partners. Finally, the available budget for the next event (Moscow May 2019) was fixed.
