On 10 December 2018, a MNG meeting (WP MNG) was held at the VUB with Mrs. Micheline Rooselaers (Coordinator FRC Secretariat VUB Faculty of Law), Pieter Vlekken (Erasmus+ Project Manager at the Central Financial Department of VUB), the ELA project manager, the administrative staff members in charge of the organisation of the events, and the grant holder for controlling the completeness and correctness of the expenses submitted by each consortium partner for the Methodological and Young Researchers Seminars in Russia (6-13 November 2018). They also screened the supporting documents with the agenda, attendance and participant list as visible in the online video monitoring of the Russia event.
