On 25 October 2018, a MNG meeting (WP MNG) was held at the VUB with Mrs. Micheline Rooselaers (Coordinator FRC Secretariat VUB Faculty of Law), the Erasmus+ Project Manager at the Central Financial Department of VUB, the administrative staff members in charge of the organisation of the events, and the grant holder for controlling the completeness and correctness of the expences submitted by each consortium partner for the Methodological and Young Researchers Seminars in Albania (9-13 October 2018). They also screened the supporting documents with the agenda, attendance and participant list as visible in the online video monitoring of the Albania event. The transfers of the staff grant money for the workpackages that are finished to the consortium partners was calculated and will be executed as soon as the consortium partners submit the supporting documents.
