Ingo Richter

Ingo Richter was a law professor at the universities of Berlin (Freie Universität) and Hamburg and a guest professor at the universities of Stanford, Chicago, and Bordeaux as well as at Hastings Law School and Smith College. For ten years he served as director of the German Youth Institute in Munich. He is one of the editors of the journal “Recht der Jugend und des Bildungswesens”. He is president of the Irmgard Coninx Foundation, and Honorary Professor at the University of Tuebingen, Department of Education and at University Paris X, Nanterre, Faculté de Droit. He has widely published on Constitutional  and Administrative Law, Education Law and Public Labour Law.
